LHN - Bless our Home is completed.
I started this piece , the Air, on the
way to Chicago in July. I will
always think of Chicago when I look
at this piece. Does that happen to any
one else? My sons completed
monopoly board was started in
Williamsburg, VA. Every time I
look at it, it reminds me of VA. I
guess it is a snap shot in time. This
piece will be going off to the framer
next week. I took a trip today to my
LNS and will picked supplies for some
new ornies to work on. I received my
package in the mail from Annette for
the 30 days of Halloween giveaway
today. What sweet gifts. I was the
first winner. I am never that lucky.

I just love this finish, it is so beautiful! I never really thought about the pieces I have finished over the years about where I was when I started it, but I have to admit the fact that you remember these fond details for what you work on is amazing and a great way to get lost in your thoughts when looking at a particular finish!
Great finish Cindy!
Have a great weekend.
Beautiful finish, Cindy! I'm the same way about associating my larger pieces of stitching with places or events...
Congratulations on your win--maybe your luck is changing :)
Gorgeous finish!!!! I also often think of a place or occasion when I see some of my finishes as well!! I guess the time and place we work on our pieces are all part of the process~
Great finish!
I've got a piece that I stitched whilst in Bulgaria, it always reminds me of that holiday.
Nice finishes on your last couple of posts. Most of my projects take years, so it's hard to think of one place when I look at them! LOL
Wow, you were a busy stitcher these last weeks. Congratulations on a beautiful finish.
Lovely finish!
This is a great piece. Well done!
That is a beautiful finish :)
Really nice finish Cindy, looks great!
That's too cute! I may have to get this pattern!!
Cindy, Your LHN looks great. I love the colors.
Wow! 23 finishes...good for you!
I always remember where and when I started a piece...probably because I give a lot away or they're for a special occasion.
Glad you were a lucky winner!
Sweet finish!
I am that way too Cindy. I do remember where I start on pieces or if they travel places with me. The bookmark that I did for an exchange this summer was finished while I was visiting family in Kentucky. I have chritmas birth plate that I did for my daughter that I took to college with me( didn't start college to 30) and would work on in between classes. Those memories make all finished pieces even more special.
Very nice finish. Good for you.
