Happy July

 Pattern by Hands on Designs
Seas the Day
Done on 28Ct Summer sky Jobelan
This is a gift for a dear friend.
It will be going to the framer this week.
The is the 3rd piece in the series by CCN
that I have stitched.
I changed a lot In this pattern
I put in a snowman instead of the people,
they looked like stick figures to me.
removed two windows, made the door
bigger. Added a door knob and
changed the color of the snowflakes.
Done on 32ct linen
My son gave me his first cross stitch
to finish. I found a great frame at
Hobby Lobby.  He has started his 2nd
cross stitch.

The garden is producing a lot of
different things to eat.
On the 4th of July weekend I hope
everyone gets some stitching time in.
Happy stitching

More wonderful finishes, Cindy--and I'm sure your son's finish will be one you will always remember. It is so nice to have another stitcher in your family. My future DIL is just learning, too, and it makes me very happy :)

Your veggies look wonderful and oh, so healthy! I'm sure you'll have many more photos to share with us throughout the summer.

Wishing you a very happy 4th of July! Hope it includes some stitching time :)

Hi Cindy,
I found your blog by way of your great flosstube videos. I enjoy them very much, and knew I would like it here, too.

It's wonderful that your son stitches, too. I hope you had a great holiday.
