This is the cross stitch I finished for Amanda's high school graduation. She graduates on the 26th - I will be making this into a card.
This is Liz's display - 2nd photo. She has a talent for drawing amazing watercolor sketches. I have one displayed on my desk in work and I get complements on it all the time.

Amanda's friend Liz will be attending college in Purchase, NY - this is a college for the Arts and she is also very talented. Both Amanda and Liz received two scholarships each for the arts in High School - I am pretty sure they were the only scholarships awarded for the arts that night. Kudos to both of them. To Amanda and Liz follow your dreams and work in a field you love, remember it's not all about the money - do what you love. Always remember you are both talented. This is Liz's first display.

Amanda's third display.

Amanda's 2nd art Display.

My daughter Amanda's art Display from June 2008 - her last art show for High School - she will be attending FIT in NYC in September 2008 -Congratulations Amanda -you are very talented and smart. I am so proud of you.

This is a dragonfly ornament I made for my mom - the cross stitch was finished a couple of months ago, just found it and made it into an ornament.

The ornament was made into a card - when she is done with the card she can use the ornament.

This is a cake ornament I made for my daughters 14th birthday - her birthday is on the 23rd of June

Snoopy is one of my favorite characters of all time. I do have a tattoo on my left ankle of snoopy and woodstock that I got when I was 33 (an old fart according to my kids). That is my one and only tattoo.

This is one of my favorite pieces - nothing is more important to me than my lord and savior Jesus - the king of all kings and lord of all lords.

This is a freebie that came in one of the New England cross stich magazines.

This is a cross stitch that I did for a family member for christmas for the holidays - I am getting ahead of the game this year.
This is a cross stitch pillow I made from a pattern in the cross stitch magazine. I am very pleased with this result.
This is the card I made for my father for father's day 2008

This is the Picture I made for my daughter who is Graduating from high school this year. She will be attending FIT in NYC in the fall - I would like to think a small part of my hobbies rubbed off on her.

Me smiling - Life is good.

Welcome to my world of stitching and hobbies

Since I have many different projects going on I decided to start a blog - I will post pictures and updates on my projects. Enjoy.
