Summer is here

This pattern is  by Blue ribbon designs
Americana Panorama
I want to do the full piece but since I have
no patriotic pieces, I stitched this one up
for my display bowl.

The linen I used is 28 ct.  Hay fields Monaco

I have been busy in the garden.
the garden is 7ft by 17ft.
I do not stitch as much in the summer.

As you can see Moo is in the header.
He keeps  me busy and on my toes.

I have tomate plants growing taller then me.
green zucchini, yellow zucchini, spaghetti squash,
green peppers, chili peppers, cucumbers,
lettuce.  My herbs: Rosemary, basil, thyme,
cilantro, peppermint, lemon balm, dill and sage
I have a five minute video of my garden.
please take a look and if you have any
tips, please pass them along.  I never had a
garden this big before.  I grew a lot from
seeds myself.

I hope everyone is having g a great summer.
I am getting  better each day.

Love your finish. There are so many cute red/white/blue designs with a summer theme.

Love your finish! I really like the fabric it is resting on as well. Did you use that for the backing? Your garden looks great. Moo looks like a very happy dog.

Oh what a sweet finish Cindy. Your garden is fantastic! I have a vegetable garden also. Not as big as yours though. Just big enough for me. ;) Nice video.

Such a sweet little patriotic piece.
And good luck with your garden. It's so fantastic that you grow your own vegetables and herbs.

That was such fun to watch your garden video, Cindy! I'm so impressed--it looks healthy and amazing and I'm so glad it is helping with your healing :) I really love the plant/potting stand that your brother-in-law made you, too!

Your patriotic finish is darling--it won't be long before you'll have a bowl full of the red, white, and blue, I'm sure!!

Hope your summer is going well--still can hardly believe June is almost over!

I love the patriotic piece.
Your video of the garden was great. the movement was not to fast, not to slow, just right.(it makes a huge difference when a person has motion sickness)
