Two finishes

Two finishes. I started a stocking for my
son a couple of years ago. I decided to
finish the piece differently. I made a
pillow with his name and made the other
portion into an ornament. The detail in
the ornament is so pretty. I knew I wouldn't
finish the stocking and sometimes we
just have to use a little creativity. Not the
first time I have done this. The last
picture is my Dog Boomer. She is outside
the door waiting to come in. We have had
so much snow. I don't ever remember having
a winter with this much snow.

I started a new blog for coupon trading

I have started a new blog for coupon trading.
I searched the web and there really isn't any
good sites to trade some coupons. Not everyone
uses the same items and trading would be a
great idea. It only takes a couple of people to

4th of july pillow ornament

This is a pillow ornament I made
for the 4th of July. I do not have
any other holiday stitching for
decor other then christmas. Only
a few pieces. This year I decided to
work on a lot of other holiday designs.

We almost picked the same pattern.

Snowman ornie

The snowman is so cute. I
really enjoyed working on this one.
This was done a a sparkle dyed
linen. I tweeked the pattern a
little. This was made into a
pillow ornament.

My first finish of 2011

This is the first finish of 2011. The pattern
is by LHN - Sunflower. Sunflowers are
one of my favorite flowers. I made this
into a small pillow. The fabric to finish is
very pretty and has different flowers with
sunflowers included. I have been going
through many trials and I needed a
ray of sunshine. This makes you smile.
I look forward to spring and summer.

My sisters 1st cross stitch ever

My sister finished her first ever cross stitch
today. Another great birthday present for me.
Welcome to cross stitch Carol. Didn't she do a
great job? The picture was from a cell phone.
