LHN - Holly & Berries scissor Fob

I completed my first scissor Fob. I used
the pattern from LHN Holly & Berries.
This for an exchange and a group I
belong to called Hooked on Exchanging.
AKA HOE. I wanted to make this a
special piece for the person receiving
it. It really came out nice. 8th Finish
of the year.

This pattern really surprised me.
It is really much prettier when the piece is
done. I made this into a little pillow piece
that I can put anywhere. I added mill hill beads.
When putting the finishing touches on the piece
to go to my stash to see what I have to finish it with.
You always think you don't have anything. The
fabric was perfect and the yellow cording really
put a finishing touch. I highly recommend this
piece for stitching. This piece was done
on 28 ct. Opalescent white cashel linen. I
think this was the last piece of the fabric I have.
My 7th piece of the year completed.

The Snow

Picture taken yesterday. My two daughters
bundled like snowmen. Amanda on the left
and Alyssa on the right. Alyssa is wearing my
snowsuit and boots. In the background is
the Blazer I bought for my daughter in August.

Red Exchange received

Received my Red exchange today from Nicola
from England. What a beautiful Biscornu. I
myself have yet to do one of these. I will have
to put it on my list. Thank you Nicola.

Exchange finished

This two sided ornament was done for an
exchange. Done on the 28 ct opalescent
white cashel linen. The theme was a
red exchange. I added green mill hill
beads to make it stand out. It is the
first time I did a two sided ornament. It
was a challenge for me. It is not perfect
but I do like the results. I hope the person
who receives it enjoys it. I went out of my
comfort zone for this one. 6th finish of
the year.

Received a Giveaway

Received a package in the mail yesterday.
I was a winner of a giveaway. Mare
sent more then a few items to me. I
wanted to highlight the beautiful pins
